Coveney Secures €131m in white fish Quotas for Irish Fishermen at EU Fisheries Council

The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Simon Coveney T.D. early this morning (Wednesday) announced that he has secured 36,886 tonnes of whitefish quotas for Irish fishermen at today’s EU Fisheries negotiations.  This is a 10% increase on last year. Read the full press release here.
